It is a sad fact of life in the construction industry that in this recession claims are more common. Jet Synergy disapproves of this trend. Our advice to Builders is based on DISPUTE AVOIDANCE strategies which involves good communication and the early resolution of potentially contentious issues. Should this fail, we have the means to defend you vigorously against any claims made against your firm. Conversely, we will prepare claims on your behalf if they are legitimate applications for contractual entitlements. However we do not believe that it is in the best, long-term interests of Builders to make over-exaggerated claims and so we would politely decline such an appointment.
